(11/15 is an alternate.) I know there are some areas of Lancaster that experienced flooding but I don't believe any of them were on any direct routes to Dutch Wonderland. The best thing to do is before you start your trip, reference the Pennsylvania Dept of Transportation website which shows all road closures at a "near real-time" accuracy.
